A new study shows that students whose school has a full-time certified librarian score higher on reading and writing evaluations! I’m tempted to holler DUH!, but I won’t, cause that would be rude, right?

   Too bad.

   DUH!! (Because I think it is ruder to remove librarians from schools and thus make it harder for kids to succeed.)

   Read the report, make everyone in your social circles read it, then share it - loudly - with your school board and administration.
